RESERVOIR, Power Steering Pump

REMOVAL

  1. Siphon the power steering reservoir (1).

  2. Loosen and move the hose clamps (3AND5) backwards on the power steering hoses at the reservoir (1).

  3. Remove the return hose (4) from the reservoir.

  4. Remove the supply hose (6) from the reservoir.

  5. Remove the reservoir mounting bolt (2).

  6. Remove the reservoir (1).

INSTALLATION

  1. Install the reservoir (1) onto the mounting bracket.

  2. Install the mounting bolt (2).

  3. Install the supply hose (6) to the reservoir (1).

    4.  
  4. Install the return hose (4) to the reservoir (1).

    5.  
  5. Reconnect the hose clamps (3AND5) on the hoses at the reservoir (1).

  6. Add power steering fluid, (Refer to 19 - Steering - Standard Procedure) .
