1. CUSTOMIZE THEFT DETERRENT SYSTEM

HINT:
The following items can be customized.

NOTICE:
  1. When the customer requests a change in a function, first make sure that the function can be customized.
  2. Be sure to make a note of the current settings before customizing.
  3. When troubleshooting a function, first make sure that the function is set to the default setting.

  1. Customizing with the intelligent tester

    1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the power switch on (IG).

    3. Turn the intelligent tester on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body / Main Body / Utility / Customize / Security

    5. Select the setting by referring to the table below.

      		This function operates the theft deterrent system when the panic switch is pressed and held for 0.8 seconds.

      		Main Body ECU (Multiplex Network Body ECU)

      		This function set to be able to release security alarm with the mechanism key
      		ON or OFF
      Intrusion Win Opened
      		NORMAL
      		This function sets the sensitivity of the intrusion sensor when a door window is open.
      		NORMAL or SENS
