INSPECTION PROCEDURE

1. CHECK CAN BUS LINE FOR OPEN (YAW RATE SENSOR BRANCH LINE)

1. Turn the engine switch off.

2. Disconnect the yaw rate sensor connector (J41).

3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance:

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Value
   J41-3 (CANH) - J41-2 (CANL)	Engine switch off	54 to 69 Ω

NG	REPAIR OR REPLACE YAW RATE SENSOR BRANCH LINE OR CONNECTOR (CANH, CANL)

OK

2. CHECK WIRE HARNESS (IG, GND)

1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance:

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Value
   J41-1 (GND) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω

2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard voltage:

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Value
   J41-5 (IG) - Body ground	Engine switch on (IG)	10 to 14 V
