REMOVAL

Removal / installation


1. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY
(Click here)

2. REMOVE CURTAIN SHIELD AIRBAG ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Disconnect the connector.

    NOTICE:
    When handling the airbag connector, take care not to damage the airbag wire harness.

  1. Remove the 2 clips.

  1. Remove the 9 bolts and curtain shield airbag assembly.

3. REMOVE CURTAIN SHIELD AIRBAG ASSEMBLY RH

4. REMOVE SLIDING ROOF SIDE GARNISH LH

  1. B125373
    Disengage the 5 claws and remove the sliding roof side garnish LH.


5. REMOVE SLIDING ROOF SIDE GARNISH RH

6. REMOVE SLIDING ROOF GLASS SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. B125374
    Using a T25 "torx" driver, remove the 4 screws and sliding roof glass sub-assembly.


7. REMOVE SLIDING ROOF HOUSING SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the 4 sliding roof drain hoses.

  1. Remove the 6 bolts, 8 nuts, and sliding roof housing sub-assembly.

8. REMOVE SLIDING ROOF WEATHERSTRIP

  1. Remove the sliding roof weatherstrip from the sliding roof housing sub-assembly.
