INSTALLATION
Removal / installation
| 1. INSTALL OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY |
Engage the clamp to install the outer rear view mirror assembly.
Install the outer rear view mirror assembly with the 3 nuts.
- Torque:
- 5.5 N*m{ 56 kgf*cm , 49 in.*lbf }
| 2. INSTALL OUTER MIRROR PROTECTOR |
Apply butyl tape.
Install a new outer mirror protector.
Connect the connector and engage the clamp.
| 3. INSTALL OUTER MIRROR CONTROL ECU (w/ Memory) |
Install the outer mirror control ECU with the 2 screws.
Connect each connector.
| 4. INSTALL DOOR FRAME GARNISH |
Install the door frame garnish with the 2 clips.
| 5. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM COVER |
Engage the 6 clips to install the front door trim cover.
Install the screw.
| 6. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INNER GLASS WEATHERSTRIP |
Engage the 4 claws and install the front door inner glass weatherstrip.
| 7. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Connect the rear door lock remote control cable and rear door inside locking cable to the front inside handle.
Connect each connector.
Engage the front door trim board with the 4 clips of the front door inner glass weatherstrip.
Engage the 9 clips and install the front door trim board to the front door panel.
Install the 2 screws.
| 8. INSTALL COURTESY LIGHT ASSEMBLY |
Connect the connector.
Engage the claw and install the courtesy light assembly.
| 9. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY |
Connect each connector.
Engage the 4 claws and 2 clips, and install the power window regulator master switch assembly.
| 10. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG |
Engage the 3 claws and install the front door inside handle bezel plug.
| 11. INITIALIZE POWER WINDOW CONTROL SYSTEM |
