REMOVAL
1. REMOVE FRONT PROPELLER SHAFT ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the front propeller shaft
.
2. REMOVE FRONT DRIVE SHAFT ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Remove the front drive shaft
.
3. REMOVE FRONT DRIVE SHAFT ASSEMBLY RH
HINT:
Use the same procedure as the LH side.
4. REMOVE FRONT SUSPENSION REBOUND STOPPER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Remove the 3 bolts and suspension rebound stopper LH. |
5. REMOVE FRONT SUSPENSION REBOUND STOPPER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
|
(a) Remove the 3 bolts and suspension rebound stopper RH. |
6. REMOVE FRONT DIFFERENTIAL CARRIER ASSEMBLY
(a) Disconnect the breather tube from the front differential union.
(b) Support the front differential with a jack.

(c) Remove bolts A and B, the nut and front differential support assembly. |
(d) Remove bolts C and D.
(e) Slowly lower the jack, and remove the front differential carrier.
(f) Remove bolts E and F, and the differential support assembly.
