1. INSTALL FRONT PROPELLER SHAFT ASSEMBLY

(a) for Differential Side:

(1) Align the matchmarks on the yoke and differential flange.

(2) Connect the propeller shaft with the 4 washers and 4 nuts.

Torque: 88 N·m (900 kgf·cm, 65 ft·lbf)

(b) for Transfer Side:

(1) Align the matchmarks on the yoke and transfer flange.

(2) Install the propeller shaft with the 4 washers and 4 nuts.

Torque: 88 N·m (900 kgf·cm, 65 ft·lbf)

2. INSTALL PROPELLER SHAFT HEAT INSULATOR

(a) Install the insulator with the 2 bolts. Torque: 16 N·m (163 kgf·cm, 12 ft·lbf)
