CHECK MODE IN WHICH IMAGE HAS LINES

(a) Check the mode in which the image has lines.

CHECK DISPLAY SIGNAL CIRCUIT

(a) Inspect the display signal circuits below.

(1) Inspect the display signal circuit between the radio receiver and television display AUDIO / VIDEO: REAR SEAT ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM: DESCRIPTION (2008 LX570) .

(2) Inspect the display signal circuit between the video terminal and television display AUDIO / VIDEO: REAR SEAT ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM: DESCRIPTION (2008 LX570) .

(b) If the display signal circuit is operating normally, proceed to the next step.

3.

CHECK NTSC/PAL SIGNAL (RSE IMAGE QUALITY ADJUSTMENT SCREEN)


(a) During the VTR image, check if changing the NTSC/PAL signal by pressing the remote controller DISPLAY switch, entering the RSE image adjustment screen, and pressing the PAL VIDEO button returns the image to normal.

Returned to normal after pressing image quality adjustment screen PAL VIDEO button.

4.

REPLACE EXTERNAL DEVICE WITH NORMAL ONE AND CHECK

(a) Replace the external device with a normal one and check if the same problem occurs again.

Same problem does not occur.

5.

CHECK DISC


(a) Check that the disc is not deformed or cracked.

OK:

No deformation or cracks on the disc.

6.

DISC CLEANING


(a) Disc cleaning

(1) If dirt is on the disc surface, wipe it clean with a soft cloth from the inside to the outside in a radial direction.

NOTICE:

Do not use a conventional record cleaner or antistatic preservative.
