REMOVAL

1. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: RADIATOR GRILLE: REMOVAL (2008 LX570)+

2. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: RADIATOR GRILLE: REMOVAL (2008 LX570)+

3. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: RADIATOR GRILLE: REMOVAL (2008 LX570)+

4. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT BUMPER: REMOVAL (2008 LX570)+

5. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT BUMPER: REMOVAL (2008 LX570)+

6. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 10 bolts and No. 1 engine under cover.

7. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and No. 2 engine under cover.

8. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL FRONT RH

(a) Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips and fender apron seal.

9. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL REAR RH

(a) Using a clip remover, remove the 4 clips and fender apron seal.

10. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL FRONT LH

(a) Using a clip remover, remove the 4 clips and fender apron seal.

11. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL REAR LH

(a) Using a clip remover, remove the 4 clips and fender apron seal.

12. REMOVE ENGINE OIL LEVEL DIPSTICK GUIDE

(a) Remove the dipstick.

(b) Remove the bolt and dipstick guide.

(c) Remove the O-ring from the dipstick guide.

13. REMOVE TAILPIPE ASSEMBLY 3UR-FE INTAKE / EXHAUST: EXHAUST PIPE: REMOVAL (2008 LX570)+

14. REMOVE CENTER EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY 3UR-FE INTAKE / EXHAUST: EXHAUST PIPE: REMOVAL (2008 LX570)+

15. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY 3UR-FE INTAKE / EXHAUST: EXHAUST PIPE: REMOVAL (2008 LX570)+

16. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY 3UR-FE INTAKE / EXHAUST: EXHAUST PIPE: REMOVAL (2008 LX570)+

17. REMOVE PROPELLER SHAFT HEAT INSULATOR

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and heat insulator.

18. REMOVE NO. 2 MANIFOLD STAY

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and manifold stay.

19. REMOVE NO. 2 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR

(a) Remove the 3 bolts and heat insulator.

20. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Remove the 10 nuts, exhaust manifold and 2 gaskets.

21. REMOVE NO. 1 MANIFOLD STAY

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and manifold stay.

22. REMOVE NO. 1 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR

(a) Remove the 3 bolts and heat insulator.

23. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Remove the 2 nuts and insulator from the exhaust manifold.

(b) Remove the 10 nuts, exhaust manifold and 2 gaskets.
