REMOVAL

1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD

(a) Remove the instrument panel safety pad INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD: REMOVAL (2008 LX570) .

2. REMOVE DISTANCE CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the ECU connector.

(b) Remove the bolt and ECU.

NOTICE:

Do not drop the ECU or subject it to strong shocks.
