DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE NO. 2 FRAME WIRE (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System)

(a) Disconnect the 4 connectors.

(b) Detach the 14 clamps and remove the frame wire.

2. REMOVE NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) PARK ASSIST / MONITORING: ULTRASONIC SENSOR (for Rear): REMOVAL (2008 LX570)+

3. REMOVE NO. 3 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) PARK ASSIST / MONITORING: ULTRASONIC SENSOR (for Rear): REMOVAL (2008 LX570)+

4. REMOVE NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) PARK ASSIST / MONITORING: ULTRASONIC SENSOR (for Rear): REMOVAL (2008 LX570)+

5. REMOVE NO. 3 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) PARK ASSIST / MONITORING: ULTRASONIC SENSOR (for Rear): REMOVAL (2008 LX570)+

6. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER



(a) Detach the 8 claws and remove the energy absorber.

7. REMOVE REAR FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH



(a) Remove the 2 nuts.

(b) Detach the claw and remove the fog light.

8. REMOVE REAR FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

HINT:

Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

9. REMOVE REAR LOWER BUMPER COVER

(a) Remove the clip and rear lower bumper cover.

10. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 STEP COVER



(a) Remove the 2 screws and 2 clips.

(b) Detach the 4 claws and remove the step cover.
