INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT INNER BELT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the 2 belts.



NOTICE:

  • Make sure the claws are facing away from the seat.
  • Do not overlap the anchor part of the seat belt and protruding parts of the seat.

2. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)



(a) Install the belt with the nut.

Torque: 42 N·m (428 kgf·cm, 31 ft·lbf)

NOTICE:

Do not overlap the anchor part of the seat belt and protruding parts of the seat.

HINT:

The rear No. 2 seat inner belt is fixed with the same nut as the rear seat inner belt. Therefore, connect it when installing the rear seat inner belt.

3. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER BELT SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)



(a) Install the belt with the nut.

Torque: 42 N·m (428 kgf·cm, 31 ft·lbf)

NOTICE:

Do not overlap the anchor part of the seat belt and protruding parts of the seat.

HINT:

The rear No. 2 seat inner belt is fixed with the same nut as the rear seat outer belt. Therefore, connect it when installing the rear seat outer belt.

4. INSTALL NO. 3 SEAT LEG COVER NO. 2 SEAT: REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Automatic Folding-up Function): REASSEMBLY (2008 LX570)+

5. INSTALL NO. 3 SEAT FRONT BRACKET COVER LH SEAT: REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Automatic Folding-up Function): REASSEMBLY (2008 LX570)+

6. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION UNDER COVER LH SEAT: REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Automatic Folding-up Function): REASSEMBLY (2008 LX570)+

7. INSTALL 3RD SEAT LINK SUB-ASSEMBLY LH SEAT: REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Automatic Folding-up Function): REASSEMBLY (2008 LX570)+

8. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT LEG COVER NO. 2 SEAT: REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Automatic Folding-up Function): REASSEMBLY (2008 LX570)+

9. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 SEAT LEG COVER LH SEAT: REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Automatic Folding-up Function): REASSEMBLY (2008 LX570)+

10. INSTALL REAR SEAT REAR BRACKET COVER REAR SEAT: REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Automatic Folding-up Function): REASSEMBLY (2008 LX570)+

11. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER RECLINING COVER LH SEAT: REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Automatic Folding-up Function): DISASSEMBLY (2008 LX570)+

12. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER RH SEAT: REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Automatic Folding-up Function): REASSEMBLY (2008 LX570)+

13. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER LH SEAT: REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Automatic Folding-up Function): REASSEMBLY (2008 LX570)+

14. INSTALL NO. 2 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE LH SEAT: REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Automatic Folding-up Function): REASSEMBLY (2008 LX570)+

15. INSTALL SEAT ADJUSTER BOLT COVER SEAT: REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Automatic Folding-up Function): REASSEMBLY (2008 LX570)+

16. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT LEG BRACKET REAR LH SEAT: REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Automatic Folding-up Function): REASSEMBLY (2008 LX570)+

17. INSTALL FOLD SEAT CONTROL ECU

(a) w/ Automatic Folding-up Function:

Install the control ECU SEAT: REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Automatic Folding-up Function): REASSEMBLY (2008 LX570)+ .

(b) w/ Manual Folding-up Function:

Install the control ECU SEAT: REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Manual Folding-up Function): REASSEMBLY (2008 LX570)+ .

18. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SEAT: REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Automatic Folding-up Function): REASSEMBLY (2008 LX570)+

19. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

(a) w/ Automatic Folding-up Function:

Install the rear No. 2 seat assembly LH SEAT: REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Automatic Folding-up Function): INSTALLATION (2008 LX570) .

(b) w/ Manual Folding-up Function:
