INSTALLATION
HINT:
A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart
.
1. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Attach the 2 claws.
(b) Install the console box with the 4 bolts and 2 screws.
2. INSTALL TELEPHONE ECU ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (w/ LEXUS Link System)
3. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Connect the connectors and 3 clamps. |
(b) Attach the 6 claws to install the end panel.
4. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Connect the connectors. |
(b) Attach the 13 claws to install the console panel.
5. INSTALL CONSOLE CUP HOLDER BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Attach the 4 claws to install the box. |
6. INSTALL PARKING BRAKE HOLE COVER
|
(a) Attach the 6 claws to install the cover. |
7. INSTALL LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Connect the connectors. |
(b) Attach the 8 claws to install the panel.
8. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Install the shift lever knob and twist it in the direction indicated by the arrow. |
9. INSTALL INNER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL BRACKET COVER RH
|
(a) Attach the clip to install the cover. |
10. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
|
(a) Attach the 9 claws to install the panel pad. |
11. INSTALL INNER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL BRACKET COVER LH
|
(a) Attach the clip to install the cover. |
(b) Install the clip.
12. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
|
(a) Connect the connector. |
(b) Attach the 8 claws to install the panel pad.
13. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (w/ LEXUS Link System)
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected
.
14. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH (w/ LEXUS Link System)
