DESCRIPTION

The seat belt control ECU receives signals from the master cylinder solenoid (skid control ECU) and the center airbag sensor via the CAN communication line.

The distance control ECU receives signals from the ECM via the CAN communication line.

HINT:

When 2 or more DTCs starting with "U" are output simultaneously, inspect the connectors and wire harnesses of each ECU.

CHECK DTC (CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM)

(a) Use the Techstream to check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally NETWORKING: CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM: HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING (2008 LX570) .

OK:

DTC is not output.
