REMOVAL
Removal / installation
| 1. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER NO.1 |
| 2. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER NO.2 |
| 3. REMOVE OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank1) |
Disconnect the oxygen sensor connector and clamp.
Using SST, remove the oxygen sensor from the exhaust pipe assembly front No.3.

- NOTICE:
- Do not to damage the oxygen sensor.
| 4. REMOVE OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank2) |
Disconnect the oxygen sensor No.2 connector.
Using SST, remove the oxygen sensor No.2 from the exhaust pipe assembly front.

- NOTICE:
- Do not to damage the oxygen sensor.
| 5. REMOVE EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY TAIL |
Remove the 2 bolts and 2 compression springs.
Remove the exhaust pipe tail from the exhaust pipe support.
Remove the gasket from the exhaust pipe center.
| 6. REMOVE EXHAUST TAIL PIPE BAFFLE SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Using a plastic hammer, tap out the exhaust tail pipe baffle uniformly to remove.
| 7. REMOVE EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY CENTER |
Remove the 2 bolts and 2 compression springs.
Remove the exhaust pipe center from the 3 exhaust pipe supports.
Remove the gasket from the exhaust pipe front No. 3.
Remove the 2 bolts and exhaust pip damper.
| 8. REMOVE EXHAUST PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY FRONT NO.3 |
Remove the 2 bolts and 2 nuts, exhaust pipe front No. 3 and the 2 gaskets.
| 9. REMOVE EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY FRONT |
Remove the 2 nuts, exhaust pipe assembly front, and gasket.
