DISASSEMBLY
Removal / installation
| 1. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL STROKE SENSOR ASSEMBLY |
Remove the 2 bolts and the brake pedal stroke sensor assembly.
| 2. REMOVE STOP LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY |
Loosen the stop light switch lock nut and remove the stop light switch assembly from the brake pedal support assembly.
| 3. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL |
Remove the nut, the washer, the bolt and the brake pedal from the brake pedal support assembly.
| 4. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL PAD |
| 5. REMOVE STOP LIGHT SWITCH CUSHION |
| 6. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL SHAFT COLLAR |
| 7. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL BUSHING |
Remove the 2 brake pedal bushings from the brake pedal.
| 8. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL SUPPORT |

- NOTICE:
- Do not disassembly the upper support portion. If disassembled, be sure to replace it with new parts.
