CHECK COOLING FAN RELAY NO.1

  1. Remove the relay from the fusible link block.

  1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    Standard resistance:
    Tester Connection
    		 Specified Condition
    3 - 5
    		 10 MΩ or higher
    3 - 5
    		 Below 1 Ω
    (when battery voltage is applied to terminals 1 and 2)

    If the result is not as specified, replace the cooling fan relay NO.1.

  1. Install the relay to the engine room No.1 relay block.


CHECK COOLING FAN RELAY NO.2

  1. Remove the relay from the fusible link block.

  1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    Standard resistance:
    Tester Connection
    		 Specified Condition
    3 - 5
    		 10 MΩ or higher
    3 - 5
    		 Below 1 Ω
    (when battery voltage is applied to terminals 1 and 2)

    If the result is not as specified, replace the cooling fan relay NO.2.

  1. Install the relay to the fusible link block.
