INSTALLATION

Removal / installation


1. INSTALL BLOWER ASSEMBLY

  1. E111242
    Install the blower assembly with the claw.

  1. Install the bolt and 2 screws.

    Torque:
    BOLT:
    9.8 N*m{ 100 kgf*cm , 87 in.*lbf }

  1. I036021E01
    Install the bracket with the 4 screws and nut.

    Torque:
    NUT:
    9.8 N*m{ 100 kgf*cm , 87 in.*lbf }

  1. E110821
    Install the clamp and connect the connectors.


2. INSTALL WIRING AIR INDICATOR HARNESS NO.2 SUB-ASSEMBLY

3. INSTALL AIR DUCT NO.2

  1. E110819
    Install the air duct No.2 with the screw.

    Torque:
    2.5 N*m{ 25 kgf*cm , 22 in.*lbf }


4. INSTALL HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU

  1. Install the hybrid vehicle control ECU with the 2 nuts.

    Torque:
    5.5 N*m{ 56 kgf*cm , 49 in.*lbf }

  1. Connect the 6 connectors to the hybrid vehicle control ECU.

  1. Connect the 3 wire harness clamps.


5. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY

  1. B108513E03
    Connect the connectors.

  1. Install the 2 bolts <A>, the 2 screws <C>, and the glove compartment door assembly.


6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER NO.2 SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. B112171
    Connect the connectors.

  1. Engage the 3 claws and install the instrument panel No.2 under cover sub-assembly.


7. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM RH SUB-ASSEMBLY

8. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

9. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

10. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

Some systems need initialization when disconnecting the cable from the negative battery terminal. (Click here)
