DISASSEMBLY

Removal / installation


1. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY CENTER

2. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER

  1. B115708
    Using a moulding remover, disengage the 8 claws and remove the 2 rear seatback covers.


3. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY

  1. B068346E01
    Release the 4 rubber bands on the backside of the rear seatback board carpet assembly.

  1. Disengage the 6 clips and remove the rear seatback board carpet assembly.


4. REMOVE RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR LH

  1. B068192
    Using a clip remover, remove the clip.

  1. Remove the screw.

  1. Remove the reclining cover protector LH as shown in the illustration.


5. REMOVE CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER UPPER LH

  1. Remove the screw.

  1. Disengage the claw and remove the center seat hinge cover upper LH.


6. REMOVE CENTER SEATBACK ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the screw.

  1. Using a "torx" socket wrench (T45), remove the 2 "torx" bolts.

  1. Remove the 3 bolts and center seatback assembly.


7. REMOVE RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR RH

  1. Using a clip remover, remove the clip.

  1. Remove the screw and reclining cover protector RH.


8. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY CENTER

  1. Using a "torx" socket wrench (T45), remove the 2 "torx" bolts and 2 rear seatback hinge sub-assembly centers.


9. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING NO.2

  1. Using a "torx" socket wrench (T45), remove the "torx" bolt and rear seat cushion spring No.2.


10. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK MOULDING LH

  1. Remove the 3 screws and rear seatback moulding LH.


11. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK MOULDING RH

  1. Remove the 3 screws and rear seatback moulding RH.


12. REMOVE REAR SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY CENTER

  1. Using a "torx" socket wrench (T45), remove the 2 "torx" bolts.

  1. Remove the nut, rear seat center armrest support, and rear seat armrest assembly center.


13. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST SUPPORT

14. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

  1. B060977
    Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat headrest support (LH side).


15. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

HINT:
Use the same procedures described for the LH side.


16. REMOVE NO.1 SEATBACK COVER

  1. Remove the 2 screws.

  1. Using a moulding remover, disengage the 2 claws and remove the No.1 seatback cover.


17. REMOVE NO.2 CENTER SEATBACK COVER

  1. Remove the 2 screws and No.2 center seatback cover.


18. REMOVE CENTER SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

19. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING RH

  1. B112099E01
    Remove the 2 screws.

  1. Disengage the claw and remove the rear seat cushion moulding RH as shown in the illustration.


20. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING REAR RH

  1. B112100E01
    Remove the 2 screws.

  1. Disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seat cushion moulding rear RH.


21. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

  1. Using a "torx" socket wrench (T45), remove the 2 "torx" bolts.

  1. Remove the hog rings.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and separate type rear seat cushion assembly.


22. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Disengage the hooks and remove the hog rings and rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly.


23. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER

  1. Remove the hog rings and separate type rear seat cushion cover.


24. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION PAD

25. REMOVE REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY INNER

  1. B109594
    Disengage the bolt and remove the rear seat belt assembly inner.


26. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

27. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER

  1. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seatback lock striker cover.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.


28. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. B051234
    Remove the 2 screws.

  1. Disengage the rear seat reclining control cable and remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly.


29. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

  1. B060977
    Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat headrest support (LH side).


30. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

HINT:
Use the same procedures described for the LH side.


31. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK BEZEL UPPER

  1. B112101E01
    Using a screwdriver, disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback lock bezel upper.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.


32. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

  1. B109595
    Remove the bolt and disconnect the floor anchor side of the rear seat belt assembly outer center.

  1. Remove the 2 clips.

  1. Remove the bolt and rear seat belt hook.

  1. Disengage the hooks and remove the hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover with pad.


33. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER

  1. Remove the hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover.


34. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK PAD

35. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

  1. B109596
    Remove the bolt, nut and rear center seat outer belt assembly.


36. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

  1. B112102E01
    Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat shoulder belt cover as shown in the illustration.


37. REMOVE FOLD SEAT STOPPER BAND ASSEMBLY NO.1

  1. Remove the bolt and fold seat stopper band assembly No.1.


38. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER INNER RH

  1. Remove the screw.

  1. Disengage the claw and remove the rear seat reclining cover inner RH.


39. REMOVE REAR SEAT COVER NO.1

  1. Remove the screw and rear seat cover No.1.


40. REMOVE REAR SEAT COVER NO.2

  1. Remove the screw and rear seat cover No.2.


41. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE

  1. Disconnect the 2 cables and remove the rear seat reclining control cable.


42. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Using a "torx" socket wrench (T45), remove the 2 "torx" bolts.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and rear seatback frame sub-assembly.


43. REMOVE SEAT TRACK STOP PLATE

  1. Remove the clamp.

  1. Disconnect the 2 seat track stop plate cables.

  1. Remove the 2 nuts and seat track stop plate.


44. REMOVE RECLINING CONTROL LINK SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the 2 E-rings and 2 springs.

  1. Remove the bolt, nut and reclining control link sub-assembly.


45. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LOWER

  1. Using a "torx" socket wrench (T45), remove the 3 "torx" bolts.

  1. Using a "torx" socket wrench (T55), remove the 2 "torx" bolts and rear seatback frame sub-assembly lower.


46. REMOVE FOLD SEAT CUSHION FRAME NO.2

  1. Remove the 4 nuts and 2 fold seat cushion frame No.2.


47. REMOVE REAR SEAT TRACK ADJUSTING HANDLE

  1. B112103E01
    Move the rear seat track assembly outer and rear seat track assembly inner fully forward by operating the rear seat track adjusting handle.

  1. Using a hexagon wrench 1.5 mm (0.059 in.), push down the 2 handle stoppers as shown in the illustration and remove the rear seat track adjusting handle.


48. REMOVE REAR SEAT TRACK ASSEMBLY OUTER

49. REMOVE REAR SEAT TRACK ASSEMBLY INNER
