INSTALLATION

Removal / installation


1. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

  1. B115718
    Check the degree of tilt when the ELR begins to lock.

    1. Check that the belt does not lock at less than 15 degrees of tilt in any direction but locks at over 45 degrees of tilt when gently moving the installed retractor.

      NOTICE:
      Do not disassemble the retractor.

  1. B109596
    Install the rear center seat outer belt assembly with the bolt and nut.

    Torque:
    Bolt:
    7.5 N*m{ 77 kgf*cm , 66 in.*lbf }
    Nut:
    42 N*m{ 428 kgf*cm , 31 ft.*lbf }


2. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD
60/40 Split Seat Type (Click here)
40/20/40 Split Seat Type (Click here)

3. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK STRIKER (for 40/20/40 Split Seat Type)

  1. Using a "torx" socket wrench (T45), install the rear seat lock striker.

    Torque:
    33 N*m{ 337 kgf*cm , 24 ft.*lbf }


4. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER PROTECTOR (for 40/20/40 Split Seat Type)

5. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK BEZEL UPPER

6. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

7. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

8. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

9. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER

10. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

11. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

  1. B109594
    Install the rear seat belt assembly inner with the bolt.

    Torque:
    42 N*m{ 428 kgf*cm , 31 ft.*lbf }


12. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY
60/40 Split Seat Type (Click here)
40/20/40 Split Seat Type (Click here)

13. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING REAR RH

14. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING RH

15. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY (for 40/20/40 Split Seat Type)

16. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER (for 40/20/40 Split Seat Type)

17. INSTALL CENTER SEAT ASSEMBLY (for 40/20/40 Split Seat Type)

  1. Install the center seat assembly with the 4 bolts.

    Torque:
    21 N*m{ 214 kgf*cm , 16 ft.*lbf }

  1. Install new hog rings.


18. INSTALL CENTER SEATBACK ASSEMBLY (for 60/40 Split Seat Type)

  1. Temporarily install the center seatback assembly with the 3 bolts and "torx" bolt.

  1. Tighten the 3 bolts.

    Torque:
    21 N*m{ 214 kgf*cm , 16 ft.*lbf }

  1. Using a "torx" socket wrench (T45), tighten the "torx" bolt.

    Torque:
    21 N*m{ 214 kgf*cm , 16 ft.*lbf }

  1. Install the screw.


19. INSTALL CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER UPPER LH

20. INSTALL RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR LH

21. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY (for 60/40 Split Seat Type)

22. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER (for 60/40 Split Seat Type)

23. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

24. INSTALL REAR SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER INNER

25. INSPECT SLIDE ADJUSTER LOCK
