REMOVAL

Removal / installation


1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

2. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY

3. REMOVE DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Disengage the 5 clips and turn up the front side of the deck board.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and deck board sub-assembly.


4. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX FRONT

  1. B110022
    Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips and deck floor box front.


5. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX REAR

  1. B110023
    Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips and deck floor box rear.


6. REMOVE NO.3 DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. B110025
    Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and deck No.3 board sub-assembly.


7. REMOVE NO.2 DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. B110024
    Remove the 4 blots, 2 nuts and deck No.2 board sub-assembly.


8. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE

  1. B111780
    Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and 6 clips, and remove the rear floor finish plate.


9. REMOVE JACK CARRIER ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the jack carrier support, jack assembly and jack carrier assembly.


10. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH

  1. B111781E01
    Remove the clip (A).

  1. Using a clip remover, remove the clip (B) and deck side trim box.


11. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH

12. REMOVE REAR SEAT SUB FLOOR PANEL ASSEMBLY

  1. E109849
    Remove the 3 bolts, the 3 nuts and the rear seat sub floor panel assembly.


13. REMOVE STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER (w/o Mark Levinson System)

  1. E113057
    Remove the 2 bolts and the nut.

  1. Disconnect the 2 connectors and remove the stereo component amplifier.


14. REMOVE STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER (w/ Mark Levinson System)

  1. E113054
    Remove the 2 bolts and the nut.

  1. Disconnect the 4 connectors and remove the stereo component amplifier.

  1. E113294
    Remove the 2 bolts and the No.1 amplifier bracket.

  1. E113295
    Remove the 2 bolts and the No.2 amplifier bracket.
