INSPECTION PROCEDURE
| 1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (HV CONTROL ECU - W/ MOTOR COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY) |
Disconnect the H33 connector from the HV control ECU.
Disconnect the C18 w/ motor compressor assembly connector.
Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below when the ignition switch is in the ON position.
- Standard Voltage:
Tester Connection
Specified Condition
CLK (H33-14) - Body ground
Below 1 V
ITE (H33-15) - Body ground
Below 1 V
ETI (H33-16) - Body ground
Below 1 V
STB (H33-18) - Body ground
Below 1 V
Turn the ignition switch off.
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Standard Resistance (Check for open):

Below 1 Ω
ITE (H33-15) - DIN (C18-2)

- Standard Resistance (Check for short):

10 kΩ or higher
ITE (H33-15) - DIN (C18-2) - Body ground
10 kΩ or higher
