Water Pump

Removal & Installation

To Remove:

1. Drain the engine Coolant.
2. Remove the Timing Belt.
3. Remove the Generator brace.
4. Remove the water pump and gasket.
5. Remove the O-ring.

To Install:

1. Insert the O-ring into the water inlet pipe then coat the outlet circumference of the O-ring with water to ease with the insertion of the water pump.

   CAUTION
   Do not let engine oil or any grease adhere to the O-ring. Also, make sure there is no dirt or grit on the inner surface of the pipe when inserting it.

2. Install the water pump and gasket.
3. Install the Generator brace.
4. Install the Timing Belt.
5. Refill with the correct type and amount of engine Coolant.
