Condenser & Fan Assembly

Removal & Installation

To Remove:

1. Recover the refrigerant.
2. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
3. Drain the engine coolant and remove the radiator.
4. Disconnect the refrigerant lines and remove the condenser assembly. Cap the refrigerant lines.

To Install:

NOTE: Add ½ oz of SUN PAG 56 or equivalent refrigerant oil to the replacement condenser.

1. Install the condenser.
2. Connect the refrigerant lines to the condenser with new O-rings. Lubricate the O-rings with SUN PAG 56 or equivalent refrigerant oil.
3. Install the radiator.
4. Install the air cleaner assembly.
5. Refill the cooling system.
6. Evacuate and charge the A/C system.
