To Remove:
- Drain the engine coolant.
- Remove the radiator cap.
- Remove the drain plug.
- Disconnect the rubber hose.
- Remove the reserve tank assembly.
- When removing the radiator upper hose and radiator lower hose, make mating marks on the radiator hoses and the hose clamps, then disconnect the radiator hoses.
- After you disconnect the A/T oil cooler hose, plug the hose and the radiator hose fitting to keep out dust and foreign materials.
- Remove the radiator support.
- Remove the radiator.
To Install:

- Install the radiator.
- Install the radiator support.
- Connect the A/T oil cooler hose after you remove the plugs you placed during removal.
- When installing the lower and upper radiator hoses, do the following:
- Step 1: Insert each hose as far as the projection on the water inlet fitting allows.
- Step 2: Line up the mating marks on the radiator hose and hose clamp, then connect the radiator hose.
- Install the reserve tank assembly.
- Connect the rubber hose.
- Install the drain plug.
- Install the radiator cap.
- Correctly fill the engine coolant.
