STEP 2. Check the installation state of the clutch interlock switch and check the clutch pedal.
- Check the installation state of the clutch interlock switch.
- Check whether the installation portion of the clutch interlock switch of the clutch pedal is not damaged.
Is the check result normal?
Go to Step 3.
Replace the clutch pedal assembly.
STEP 3. Check the clutch interlock switch itself.
STEP 4. Perform voltage measurement at clutch interlock switch connector.
- Disconnect connector, and measure at harness side.
- Ignition switch: ON
- Voltage between terminal power supply line and body earth.
OK: System voltage
Is the check result normal?
Go to Step 5.
Repair the connector(s), or check and repair of short to earth, and open circuit in power supply line between engine control relay connector and clutch interlock switch connector.
STEP 5. Check of damage in power supply line between engine control relay connector and clutch interlock switch connector.
Is the check result normal?
Go to Step 6.
Repair the connector(s) or wiring harness.
STEP 6. Check of short to earth, open circuit, and damage in CLTR line between clutch interlock switch connector and engine-ECU connector.
Is the check result normal?
Go to Step 7.
Repair the connector(s) or wiring harness.
