REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
caution*: When the connection of the CVT fluid cooler and the oil cooler hose is disconnected, replace the CVT fluid cooler and the oil cooler hose with new ones. When connecting the new CVT fluid cooler and the oil cooler hose, be careful not to let the CVT fluid or the like adhere.
Pre-removal operation
  • Engine Room Under Cover Front A, B and Engine Room Side Cover Removal. (GROUP 51 - Under Cover ).
  • Engine Coolant Draining (Refer to GROUP 14 - On-vehicle Service ).
  • Battery and Battery Tray Removal (Refer to GROUP 54A - Battery ).
  • Air Hose B and Air Hose C Removal (Refer to GROUP 15 - Intercooler ).
Post-installation operation
  • Engine Coolant Refilling (Refer to GROUP 14 - On-vehicle Service ).
  • CVT Fluid Refilling (Refer to ).
  • Engine Room Under Cover Front A, B and Engine Room Side Cover Installation. (GROUP 51 - Under Cover ).
  • Air Hose B and Air Hose C Installation (Refer to GROUP 15 - Intercooler ).
  • Battery and Battery Tray Installation (Refer to GROUP 54A - Battery ).
