Rear Wheel Toe-In

1970–79 MODELS

Rear wheel toe-in is changed by loosening the inner torsion bar bushing assembly bolts and sliding the bushing assembly forward or backward. Forward movement decreases toe-in and backward movement increases it. The range of adjustment is 6mm. Tighten the bolts after completing the adjustment.

NOTE: Rear wheel toe-in on 1980–84 models is not adjustable. If any of the rear suspension components become worn or damaged, they must be replaced in order to bring the rear alignment back within specification.
