NOTE: If the door being removed is to be reinstalled, matchmark
the hinge position.
- If the door is to be replaced with a new one, remove the trim panels weather
sheets and all moldings.

- If the door is to be replaced with a new one, remove the glass, locks and
latches.
- Support the door with a floor jack. Use a piece of cloth or wood between
the jack and the door to prevent damage to the door.
- Remove the spring pin and the upper and lower hinge-to-body attaching bolts.
- Lift the door from the car.

To install:
- Install the door on the jack and position it to the door hinges.
- Install the upper and lower hinge-to-body attaching bolts.
- Install the spring pin.
- Perform the adjustment procedures outlined in this section.
