The clutch cable is connected to the clutch pedal at one end and to the clutch
release lever at the other end. The cable conduit is retained by a bolt and
clamp on a bracket mounted on the flywheel housing.
- If necessary, raise and support the vehicle safely.
- Disconnect both ends of the cable and the conduit, then remove the assembly
from under the vehicle.
- Using engine oil, lubricate the clutch cable. If the cable is defective,
replace it.
- Installation is the reverse the removal procedure.
