- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Locate the air compressor assembly, and disconnect one air line from the
compressor. The disconnected line will allow the compressor to pressure down
slowly. Do not proceed until there is no more air escaping from the compressor
assembly.
- Loosen and remove the pressure switch from the compressor tank.
To install:
- Install the pressure switch to the compressor tank, and tighten until snug.
Attach the air line to the compressor.
- Connect the negative battery cable. Start the engine, and allow enough time
for the compressor to build up the proper amount of pressure before driving
the vehicle.
