Back-Up Light Switch

Removal & Installation

To Remove:

1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the precautions at the beginning of this section.
2. Remove or disconnect the following:
   • Ground cable from battery
   • Air intake duct and cleaner case or the air intake chamber
   • Intercooler (turbo model)

   • Back-up light switch and neutral position switch connector
   • Back-up light switch and neutral position switch with harness

To Install:

1. Install or connect the following:
   • Back-up light switch and neutral position switch with harness
     1. Torque to: 18 ft. lbs. (25 Nm)

   • Back-up light switch and neutral position switch connectors
   • Air intake duct and cleaner case or the air intake chamber
   • Intercooler (turbo model)
   • Battery ground cable to battery
