To Remove:
WARNING
The radiator is pressurized. Wait until the engine cools down before working on the radiator.
- Disconnect the ground cable from battery
- Remove the under cover
- Drain the engine coolant completely
- Disconnect or remove the following
| Fan Motor Connectors
|
- Radiator main fan motor and sub fan motor connectors
| ATF Cooler Pipe's
|
- ATF cooler hose from ATF pipe and plug the openings in the hose and radiator with caps (A/T model)
| Radiator Outlet Hose
|
- Radiator outlet hose from thermostat cover
| Air Intake Duct
|
- Air intake duct
- V-belt covers
| Overflow Hose
|
- Overflow hose
- Reservoir tank
| Upper Hose and Brackets
|
- Upper radiator inlet hose
- Radiator upper brackets
- Radiator from vehicle
To Install:
| Radiator Lower Cushions
|
- Place radiator mounting cushions on radiator support
- Install or connect the following
NOTE: Fit the pins on lower side of radiator into the cushions on body side.
- Radiator to vehicle
| Upper Hose and Brackets
|
- Radiator brackets
- Radiator inlet hose
- Water tank hose
- Reservoir tank
- V-belt cover
| Air Intake Duct
|
- Air intake duct
| ATF Cooler Pipe's
|
- ATF cooler hoses (AT model)
| Radiator Outlet Hose
|
- Radiator outlet hose
- Radiator main fan motor and sub fan motor connectors
- Under cover
- Battery ground cable to battery
- Fill engine coolant
- Check the ATF level
