Timing Belt Cover and Seal

Removal & Installation

To Remove:

1. Remove the following
   • V-belt
   • Crankshaft pulley

   • Timing belt cover (LH) (A)
   • Timing belt cover (RH) (B)
   • Front timing belt cover (C)

To Install:

1. Install the following
   • Front timing belt cover (C)
   • Tightening torque: 5 Nm (3.6 ft. lbs.)
   • Timing belt cover (RH) (B)
   • Tightening torque: 5 Nm (3.6 ft. lbs.)
   • Timing belt cover (LH) (A)
   • Crankshaft pulley
   • V-belt
