Intercooler

Removal & Installation

To Remove:

1. Disconnect or remove the following
   • PCV hose from PCV pipe
   • PCV pipe from intercooler
   • Hose from air bypass valve
   • Intercooler to bracket bolt

   • Clamp (A) which connects turbocharger and intercooler duct
   • Clamp (B) which connects throttle body and intercooler
   • Intercooler duct from turbocharger
   • Intercooler from throttle body

To Install:

1. Connect or install the following
   • Intercooler to throttle body
   • Intercooler duct to turbocharger

   • Clamp (B) which connects throttle body and intercooler
   • Clamp (A) which connects turbocharger and intercooler duct
   • Intercooler to bracket bolt
   • Hose to air bypass valve
   • PCV pipe to intercooler
   • PCV hose to PCV pipe
