Clutch Slave Cylinder

Removal & Installation

To Remove:

1. Remove the following
   • Air cleaner case and air intake duct

   • Clutch hose from operating cylinder

     CAUTION
     Cover the hose joint to prevent clutch fluid from flowing out.

   • Operating cylinder from transmission

To Install:

CAUTION
Apply grease (SUNLIGHT 2: P/N 003602010 to the contact point of the release lever and operating cylinder

1. Install the following
   • Operating cylinder to transmission
   • Tightening torque: T1: 18 Nm (13.0 ft. lbs.) T2: 37 Nm (27.5 ft. lbs.)
   • Clutch hose from operating cylinder
   • Air cleaner case and air intake duct
   • After bleeding air from the operating cylinder, ensure that clutch operates properly.
