Removal & Installation

To Remove:

1. Disconnect or remove the following
   • Ground cable from battery
   • Instrument panel lower cover
   • Connector from clutch switch
   • Clutch switch

To Install:

1. Install the clutch switch and pedal stopper
   • Gap specification: O mm (O inch)
   • Torque specification: 8 Nm (5.8 ft. lbs.)

2. Measure and if needed, adjust the clutch pedal stroke
   • Full clutch pedal stroke specification: A 130 - 135 mm (5.12 - 5.31 inch)
3. Connect clutch switch connector
4. Depress the clutch pedal fully

5. Install the clutch pedal plate and clutch pedal to spec. and then tighten the lock nut
   • Gap specification: 3 - 3.5 mm (0.12 - 0.14 inch)
   • Torque specification: 8 Nm (13.0 ft. lbs.)
6. Connect the clutch switch connector
7. Confirm that the engine does not start when the clutch pedal is released
8. Confirm that the engine starts when the clutch pedal is depressed fully
