CKP Sensor Removal and Installation
Precautions: General safety (00)
NOTICE:
The CKP sensor bolt is pre-coated with adhesive. If the bolt is reused, it may work loose.
Replace the CKP sensor bolt with a new one.
Removal
1)Disconnect negative (–) cable at battery.
2)Remove generator drive belt, loosen pivot bolt and move generator rearward.
3)Remove exhaust No.1 pipe. 
4)Disconnect connector from CKP sensor.
5)Remove CKP sensor (1) from cylinder block.
Installation
Reverse removal procedure noting the following point.
•Apply engine oil to O-ring of CKP sensor.
