Piston : For assembly, refer to Piston, Piston Ring and Connecting Rod Removal and Installation:D16AA. : Apply engine oil to sliding surface. |

Oil ring : Apply engine oil to sliding surface. |

Connecting rod : Do not apply engine oil to mating surface between connecting rod bearing and connecting rod. : Apply engine oil to sliding surface. |

Connecting rod bearing : For applying engine oil, refer to Piston, Piston Ring and Connecting Rod Removal and Installation:D16AA. |

Connecting rod bearing cap : To install connecting rod bearing cap, direct cylinder number on it to CKP sensor side. : Do not apply engine oil to mating surface between connecting rod bearing and connecting rod bearing cap. |

1st ring : Apply engine oil to sliding surface. |

25 N·m → +60° (2.5 kgf-m → +60°, 18.5 lbf-ft → +60°) |

Piston pin : Apply engine oil to sliding surface. |
