Ignition Spark Test
Precautions: General safety (00)
WARNING:
If this test is performed without disconnecting the injector connectors, a spark from a plug may ignite fuel vapor coming out of the spark plug holes during the test, causing a fire or explosion.
Disconnect the injector connectors from the injectors before performing this test.
1)Remove engine cover. 
2)Remove air cleaner assembly and air cleaner outlet hose.
3)Disconnect engine harness clamps (1).
4)Remove spark plugs.
5)Check spark plugs.
6)Disconnect all fuel injector connectors.
7)Connect ignition coil connector to ignition coil assembly (1).
8)Connect spark plug (2) to ignition coil assembly, and ground spark plug.
9)Crank engine and check if each spark plug sparks.
10)If no spark is emitted, check the related parts.
11)Install spark plugs.
12)Connect engine harness clamps (1).
13)Install air cleaner assembly and air cleaner outlet hose.
14)Install engine cover.
