B1095-14: Side Rear Impact Sensor Circuit Shorted to Ground (Driver Side)
Driver-side rear side-impact sensor circuit has been shorted to ground.
•Driver-side and/or passenger-side rear side-impact sensor circuit
•Driver-side and/or passenger-side rear side-impact sensor
•SDM
B1095-15: Side Rear Impact Sensor Circuit Shorted to Power Supply (Driver Side)
Driver-side rear side-impact sensor circuit has been shorted to power circuit or opened.
B1095-87: Side Rear Impact Sensor Communication Data Invalid (Driver Side)
Driver-side rear side-impact sensor has communicated with invalid data.
B1096-14: Side Rear Impact Sensor Circuit Shorted to Ground (Passenger Side)
Passenger-side rear side-impact sensor circuit has been shorted to ground.
B1096-15: Side Rear Impact Sensor Circuit Shorted to Power Supply (Passenger Side)
Passenger-side rear side-impact sensor circuit has been shorted to power supply or opened.
B1096-87: Side Rear Impact Sensor Communication Data Invalid (Passenger Side)
Passenger-side rear side-impact sensor has communicated with invalid data.

Go to Step 2.

Floor harness open check
1)Check that ignition is “OFF”.
2)Disconnect “L04” or “L05” connector. icon 
3)Disconnect “L43” or “L44” connector. icon 
4)Check the following points.
•Resistance of “A1” and “A2” circuits (DTC B1095-14 / B1095-15 / B1095-87): 1 Ω or less
•Resistance of “A3” and “A4” circuits (DTC B1096-14 / B1096-15 / B1096-87): 1 Ω or less

Is check result OK?
Go to Step 3.
Replace floor harness.

Floor harness circuit check
1)Check the following points.
•Resistance between “L04-9” and “L04-10” terminals (DTC B1095-14 / B1095-15 / B1095-87): infinity
•Resistance between “L05-1” and “L05-2” terminals (DTC B1096-14 / B1096-15 / B1096-87): infinity

Go to Step 4.
Replace floor harness.

Floor harness circuit check
1)Set ignition “ON”.
2)Check the following points.
•Resistance between each of “A1” and “A2” circuits and ground (DTC B1095-14 / B1095-15 / B1095-87): infinity
•Resistance between each of “A3” and “A4” circuits and ground (DTC B1096-14 / B1096-15 / B1096-87): infinity

Is check result OK?
Go to Step 5.
Replace floor harness.

Floor harness circuit check
1)Set ignition “ON”.
2)Check the following points.
•Voltage between each of “A1” and “A2” circuits and ground (DTC B1095-14 / B1095-15 / B1095-87): 0 V
•Voltage between each of “A3” and “A4” circuits and ground (DTC B1096-14 / B1096-15 / B1096-87): 0 V

Is check result OK?
Go to Step 6.
Replace floor harness.

Rear side-impact sensor check
1)Check that ignition is “OFF”.
2)Replace rear side-impact sensor. icon 
3)Set ignition “ON”.
4)Check for DTC. icon 
Is DTC detected?
Replace SDM and recheck DTC. icon 
End.
NOTE:
Upon completion of inspection and repair work, perform the following items.
•Reconnect all air bag system components and check that all components are properly mounted.
•Clear DTCs, referring to DTC Clearance if any DTC is detected.
•Repeat Air Bag Diagnostic System Check to check that the trouble has been solved.
