Rear Seat Removal and Installation

Removal

1)Remove seat cushion assembly.

2)Remove seatback assemblies (1) by removing rear seat hinge bolts (2).

3)Disassemble and repair seat if necessary.

Installation

Reverse removal procedure noting the following point.

•Tighten rear seat hinge bolts in numerical order (“1” – “2”) as shown in figure.
•Tighten rear seat hinge bolts to specified torque.

Tightening torque

Rear seat hinge bolt (a): 43 N·m (4.4 kgf-m, 32.0 lbf-ft)
