CENTER HIGH MOUNTED STOP LAMP
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the spoiler assembly (1) from the top of the outer liftgate panel. (Refer to 23 - BODY/EXTERIOR/LIFTGATE SPOILER - REMOVAL).
3. Remove the two screws (3) that secure the Center High Mounted Stop Lamp (CHMSL) (2) to the back of the liftgate spoiler.
4. Remove the CHMSL from the back of the liftgate spoiler.
INSTALLATION
1. Position the Center High Mounted Stop Lamp (CHMSL) (2) to the opening from the back of the liftgate spoiler assembly (1).
2. Install and tighten the two screws (3) that secure the CHMSL to the liftgate spoiler assembly. Tighten the screws to 3 N·m (27 in. lbs.).
3. Reinstall the liftgate spoiler assembly onto the top of the outer liftgate panel. (Refer to 23 - BODY/EXTERIOR/LIFTGATE SPOILER - INSTALLATION).
4. Reconnect the battery negative cable.
