INSTALLATION
GAS ENGINE
1. Position the tabs on the overflow bottle into the slots on the fan shroud.
2. Reconnect the overflow hose onto the radiator filler neck.
3. Fill coolant recovery container (Refer to 7 - COOLING - STANDARD PROCEDURE).
DIESEL
1. Position coolant recovery container.
2. Install mounting nuts. Tighten to 10 N·m (89 in. lbs.).
3. Install coolant recovery tube.
4. Fill cooling system (Refer to 7 - COOLING - STANDARD PROCEDURE).
5. Install coolant recovery container pressure cap.
