INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION - TIMING BELT INNER COVER




1. Install the inner front cover. Torque the bolts to 11 Nm (97 lbs. in.).
2. Install the timing belt.
(Refer to 9 - ENGINE/VALVE TIMING/TMNG BELT/CHAIN TENSIONER&PULLEY - INSTALLATION)
3. Install the upper and lower outer front covers. (Refer to 9 - ENGINE/VALVE TIMING/TIMING BELT / CHAIN COVER(S) - INSTALLATION)
4. Connect negative battery cable.

INSTALLATION - UPPER AND LOWER OUTER TIMING BELT COVERS




1. Install the lower front cover (2). Torque the bolts to 11 Nm (97 lbs. in.). 
2. Install the crankshaft damper (1). Torque the bolts to 32 Nm (23 lbs. in.).



3. Install the upper front cover (2). Torque the bolts to 11 Nm (97 lbs. in.).
4. Install the CMP sensor. Torque the bolt to bolt to 11 Nm (97 lbs. in.).
5. Connect the CMP sensor (1).



6. Install the accessory drive idler pulley bracket (1). Torque the bolts to 45 Nm (33 Lbs. ft.)



7. Install the front engine lift bracket. Torque the bolts to 45 Nm (33 Lbs. ft.)
8. Install the accessory drive belt.
9. Connect negative battery cable.
