COOLER-EGR
REMOVAL
1. Drain coolant (Refer to 7 - COOLING - STANDARD PROCEDURE).
2. Remove coolant hoses.
3. Remove five mounting bolts.
4. Remove EGR cooler.
INSTALLATION
1. Position new gasket and EGR Cooler.
2. Install five mounting bolts. Tighten bolts to 10 N·m (89 in lbs.).
3. Install cooler hoses.
4. Fill cooling system (Refer to 7 - COOLING - STANDARD PROCEDURE).
