  1. Remove the sport bar covers. (Refer to 23 - Body/Interior/COVER, Sport Bar - Removal)

  2. Remove the windshield frame bolts (12).

    3.  
  3. Remove the front cross bar bolts (5) and separate the cross bar (14) and brackets (15).

    4.  
  4. Remove the rear cross bar bolts (4) and (7) and separate the rear cross bar (2).

    5.  
  5. Remove the B-pillar trim. (Refer to 23 - Body/Interior/PANEL, B-Pillar Trim - Removal) .

    6.  
  6. Remove the B-pillar bolts (10).

    7.  
  7. Remove the rear bolts (9) and separate the side sports bars (1) and (8).

  1. Install the sport bars (1) and (8) into the B-pillar. Install the B-pillar (10) and rear bolts (9).

  2. Install the rear cross bar (2), the brackets (3) and (6) and the bolts (4).

  3. Install the side bars (11) and (13). Install the windshield frame bolts (12).

    4.  
  4. Install the front cross bar (14), the brackets (15) and the bolts (5).

    5.  
  5. Tighten the B-pillar (10) and rear bolts (9), to 19 N·m (14 ft. lbs.).

    6.  
  6. Tighten the cross bar bolts (4) and (5), to 19 N·m (14 ft. lbs.).

    7.  
  7. Tighten the windshield frame bolts to 19 N·m (14 ft. lbs.).

    8.  
  8. Install the sport bar covers. (Refer to 23 - Body/Interior/COVER, Sport Bar - Installation) .

    9.  
  9. Install the B-pillar trim. (Refer to 23 - Body/Interior/PANEL, B-Pillar Trim - Installation) .

    10.
