INSPECT CLOCK ASSEMBLY (w/o Navigation System)

  1. E123309E01
    Disconnect the J54 connector.

  1. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

    Standard voltage: 
    Tester Connection
    		 Condition
    		 Specified Condition
    J54-4 (IG+) - Body ground
    		 Engine switch off
    		 Below 1 V
    Engine switch on (IG)
    		 10 to 14 V
    J54-5 (ACC) - Body ground
    		 Engine switch off
    		 Below 1 V
    Engine switch on (IG)
    		 10 to 14 V
    J54-14 (B) - Body ground
    		 Always
    		 10 to 14 V

  1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    Standard resistance: 
    Tester Connection
    		 Condition
    		 Specified Condition
    J54-8 (E) - Body ground
    		 Always
    		 Below 1 Ω

    HINT:
    If the value is not as specified, repair or replace wire harness or connector.


INSPECT CLOCK ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System)

  1. E123310E01
    Disconnect the J53 connector.

  1. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

    Standard voltage: 
    Tester Connection
    		 Condition
    		 Specified Condition
    J53-5 (ACC) - Body ground
    		 Engine switch off
    		 Below 1 V
    Engine switch on (IG)
    		 10 to 14 V
    J53-6 (B) - Body ground
    		 Always
    		 10 to 14 V
    J53-11 (IG+) - Body ground
    		 Engine switch off
    		 Below 1 V
    Engine switch on (IG)
    		 10 to 14 V

  1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    Standard resistance: 
    Tester Connection
    		 Condition
    		 Specified Condition
    J53-2 (E) - Body ground
    		 Always
    		 Below 1 Ω

    HINT:
    If the value is not as specified, repair or replace wire harness or connector.
