REMOVAL
1. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER
2. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH
3. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH
4. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL
5. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
6. REMOVE AIR CLEANER HOSE ASSEMBLY
7. REMOVE AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY
8. DISCONNECT WATER BY-PASS PIPE ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the water by-pass pipe from the cylinder head cover and timing chain cover. |
|
(b) Remove the 3 bolts and disconnect the water by-pass pipe from the cylinder head cover. |
9. REMOVE IGNITION COIL ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Disconnect the 8 ignition coil connectors. |
(b) Remove the 8 bolts and 8 ignition coils.
10. REMOVE SPARK PLUG
(a) Remove the 8 spark plugs.
