REMOVAL

Removal / installation


1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

2. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY

3. REMOVE CURTAIN SHIELD LH AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the connector from the curtain shield airbag assembly LH.

    NOTICE:
    When handling the airbag connector, take care not to damage the airbag wire harness.

  1. Remove the 9 bolts and the curtain shield airbag assembly LH in the order shown in the illustration.

4. REMOVE CURTAIN SHIELD RH AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

5. REMOVE SLIDING ROOF SIDE LH GARNISH

  1. B110467
    Disengage the 5 claws and remove the sliding roof side garnish.


6. REMOVE SLIDING ROOF SIDE RH GARNISH

7. REMOVE SLIDING ROOF GLASS SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. B110468
    Using a T25 "torx" driver, remove the 4 screws and sliding roof glass sub-assembly.


8. REMOVE SLIDING ROOF HOUSING SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. B113440
    Disconnect the 4 sliding roof drain hoses.

  1. Remove the 4 bolts, 8 nuts, and sliding roof housing sub-assembly.
